Go & Travel in Cabo
Glide over the Sea of Cortez in a boat with no walls, no floor you can't see through. El Arco. Lovers Beach. Tropical fish swimming beneath your feet. 45 minutes. From Cabo San Lucas Marina.
Not a glass panel. Not a viewing box. The entire boat — sides, seats, floor — is see-through polycarbonate. You sit above a living aquarium. Schools of yellowfin surgeonfish, pufferfish, and moray eels drift beneath you the entire tour.
Check in at the blue-and-yellow office near the fountain in Plaza Bonita. Your captain and guide-photographer will have you on the water in minutes.
As you clear the breakwater, El Arco rises ahead — three stories of tawny limestone where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez. Your guide shares the history with every turn.
The boat slows over the marine sanctuary. Toss bread and watch tropical fish surge beneath the transparent floor. Sea lions bark from the rocks to your left.
Your guide-photographer has shot the whole trip. Buy the full package or just the ones you love. Most guests fill their phones with 200+ images.
The tour visits every major sight in Cabo Bay — no extra stops, no filler.
The Arch of Cabo San Lucas. Where the Pacific Ocean collides with the Sea of Cortez. The most photographed natural formation in Mexico.
Playa del Amor — a secluded cove accessible only by water. Sheltered water, white sand, dramatic cliff faces. Swim if conditions allow.
The marine sanctuary where fish crowd beneath your boat. Your guide tosses bread and the water comes alive with color.
Dozens of sea lions sun themselves on the rocks at Land's End. They bark, splash, and occasionally dive in to follow the boat.
A finger of volcanic rock jutting from the sea. Sail close enough to see the tidal pools and barnacles on its face.
The Pacific side of Land's End. Beautiful to photograph, dangerous to swim. The tour circles it at safe distance.
A glass-bottom boat has a small window in the floor. A transparent boat has no floor you can't see through. Sides, seats, hull — everything is see-through polycarbonate, patented for 10 years. The experience is categorically different. Guests describe it as flying above the water.
9:00 AM through 6:00 PM, every hour on the hour. Book online or walk up at the marina. Online pricing is consistently lower than walk-up rates.
